I'd love to help you reach your own goals! My educational background is in Exercise Science (B.S. Human Heath and Performance, USA Cycling Certified Coach), and I have 15 years of racing experience at every echelon of cycling, from grassroots to World Championships; road, mountain and cyclocross. Together we can work towards your success on the road or trails. Whether you are trying to improve fitness and strength for a summer of Grand Fondo riding, or preparing for a World Cup season, I have the knowledge and experience to ensure that it'll be a success. Each package below can be tailored to your needs, and any training program can be done on a time frame that best fits your schedule and goals, whether thats day-to-day or month-to-month, so don't hesitate to ask any questions you have. For the Athlete committed to performing at their absolute best, with the energy to maximize their potential

  • Custom weekly training plan with review and analysis of critical trailing files
  • Review of previous training methods
  • Multi-week layout, with two changes per period to maximize adaption and recovery
  • Weekly phone and regular email communication to address nutrition, fatigue, scheduling, training questions, and motivation
  • Comprehensive review of race strategies (feeding, tactics, etc.)

  • $300/month, plus one-time $50 setup
